Pending confirmation status appears when the system is unable to create a confirmed booking either due to the restrictions imposed by the suppliers/carriers. In those cases our ticketing team tries to create a booking manually and we send you a confirmation email within 30 minutes of your purchase. In case you do not receive a confirmed- status email, please reach out to our customer support team.
